The Akwa Ibom state chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party, Ini Okopido was confirmed dead on Wednesday by one of our reporters.
Yes, our state chairman is dead. In fact the entire APC family in the state is in deep mourning. It is a big blow to our party at all levels says the reporter.
Ini Okopido died due to multiple organs failure at the Ibom Multispecialty Hospital (IBH), Uyo According to report.
At this junction, we lament with Ini Okopido children, wife and family members and ask God to give them strength to bear what they have lost and pray that premature death should hence seize from the family of Ini Okopido. Amen
