IMPACT OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE (A CASE STUDY OF UNILEVER OF NIG. PLC)

ABSTRACT/DESCRIPTION

The main purpose of this study was to examine the impact of social responsibility (independent) variable) and organization performance dependent variable). In the cause of the study, some hypothesis were formulated and tested in order to test the relationship that exists, between social responsibility and organizational performance. The sample size was 80. the data collected were carefully and analyzed by means of the descriptive statistical and inferential statistic. The result of the analysis revealed that social responsibility and organizational performance are positively related.
