An inverter is a device used in changing of a DC power into an AC power. It has various units like ac main supply unit, battery charging unit, oscillator unit, driver unit, relay or switching unit, output amplifier unit, inverter ac output unit and inverter transformer[ step up and step down ]. It is made up of components like power MOSFET, printed board, resistors, IC, socket, transformer, fuse, relay switching, capacitor, diode etc. The inverter has been seen as a good power supply in our homes, industries, hospitals etc and a better way of improving power supply. It is used to make conversion of direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC) and also used for conversion of our home appliances.
