JOB ENRICHMENT AS A VERITABLE TOOL FOR ENHANCING EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE IN AN ORGANISATION(A CASE STUDY OF BETA GLASS COMPANY PLC UGHELLI)

This research project is on the role of job enrichment on employee performance ce in public organization (A case study of Bets Glass Plc, Ughelli) hundred and twenty (120) copies of questionnaire were administered to respondents while ninety – two (92) were retrieval and data collected were analyzed through the use of sample percentage. The findings are head of department inadequate understanding of the core dimension of enrichment does not have any significance negative; effect on workers performance management, insensitivity to employee’s job satisfaction has a significant negative impact on employees performance based on the above findings, the following recommendations are made; recruitment of professional head of department in Beta Glass Plc, Ughelli and such other organization establishment of effective feed back system (EFS) which management must constantly get feedback on their capital investment, consent staff training man power development programmes. The employees can require the technical abilities objective as economic possible.
