This study was carried out to check the effect of age, gender and mode of admission of academic performance of students in school of science and technology, Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro. In order to carry out the study secondary data were collected from records of age, gender, mode of admission and CGPA of ten students in each department of school of science and technology, Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro. Data collected are presented in chapter four under data presentation and analysis. Multinomial logistic regression methodology was employed to investigate the effects of age, gender and mode of admissions on academic performance. Multiple logistic regression was used to investigate if there is relationship on the effect of age, gender and mode of admission on the academic performance. From the analysis carried out it shows that there is no relationship or effect on the academic performance by age, gender and mode of admission
