THE IMPLICATION OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION ON MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE(A CASE STUDY OF BETA GLASS PLC)

This research work was conducted to look at the implication of poor industrial relation in an organization on productivity in industrial establishments. In doing this, we asked some questions and made certain assumptions concerning the implication of poor industrial relation. From the data analyzed, it was discovered that there is no group or association (whether political group or business) that can bring its human and material resources together to achieve its objectives without a cordial relationship between the industrial relation in the organization.
