This suggests that management information system is indispensable to any organization. Is crucial role toward organizational development demand an effective and efficient mode of operation. The attainment of this objectives necessitate the utilization of computers on data processing and dissemination of information. Computerization of the management information system facilitates timely dissemination of information to management for decision making enhances accuracy in data manipulations and makes for speedy information flow within the organizational structure. This is the purpose which this study seeks to bring to fore. With particular reference to the billing system of NETEL Enugu, the researcher wishes to show how the computerization of the system has facilitated customer identification, customer billing, vetting and bills distribution in such an efficient manage by which customer service have tremendously improved in the light of productivity and profitability. In furtherance of the research objectives recommendations were made, which if implemented, the researcher hopes will bring about efficiency and effectiveness’ of organizational operations in general and decision making in particular. making in particular.
