THE RELEVANCE OF MOTIVATION ON WORKER PRODUCTIVITY(A CASE STUDY OF UNITY BANK PLC, OZORO)

This research work is aimed at the relevance of motivation on workers productivity. In the course of the study, some’ research questions were formulated, thus, based on the formulation towards correcting the several others and their views in regards to the topic were carried out. The researcher also conducted a questionnaire ‘as a means of collecting necessary data extensive analysis of data collected, this’ enables the researcher to identify the things needed in motivating workers in an organization for better productivity.
