In this seminar work, we discussed extensively the health benefits of Moringa oleifera. Moringa is an important food source in some parts of the world. Because it can be grown cheaply and easily, and the leaves retain lots of vitamins and minerals when dried, moringa is used in India and Africa in feeding programs to fight malnutrition. The leaves are cooked and used like spinach, and they are also dried and powdered for use as a condiment. The seed cake remaining after oil extraction is used as a fertilizer and also to purify well water and to remove salt from seawater. We also talked about the side effects of Moringa oleifera, pest and diseases, and its nutritional value e.t.c. At the end, conclusion and recommendations were made to justify the work.
