IMPORTANCE OF POWER BACKUP SYSTEM FOR EFFECTIVE STUDENT PRACTICAL

Today's world of high reliance on electricity and power generation from national grid have pose us with a major question of concern such as what happens when the power fails and not if power failure will occur. Since power failure in a nation like Nigeria is unpredictable, which is virtually affecting all sector of the economic including the educational sector, student academic performances are decreasing resulting from ineffectiveness in learning skills mostly in practical oriented courses or programmes. This research work focused on power backup, its importance, and the need for it to enhance the student practical's in an attempt to make recommendations that will enhance effective practical's learning outcome.
